The current workplace philosophy in America goes something like this: “I want maximum reward for minimal effort. I want to give the least I can and get everything back I can.” With this mentality, what we are raising up is a bunch of lazy, selfish people who expect something for nothing, and they don’t understand the Biblical principle of not just doing what you’re hired to do or what you’re expected to do.
